Product Description

Magnetic drive pump is a new type of seal-less pump which applies the principle of permanent magnetic drive technology to realize contactless transmission of torque. There is no mechanical connection between the active and driven shafts, and no dynamic seal exists in the structure, so this type of pump has no seal and can realize zero leakage, especially suitable for transporting flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, corrosive and precious liquids, magnetic pumps are mostly used in the occasions that require the pumps to be only slightly leaky or even non-leakage, as well as the occasions that are difficult for mechanical seals to be able to handle the high vacuum. In recent years, overseas in the petroleum, chemical, electroplating, pharmaceutical, food, paper, printing and dyeing industries, the pump has been widely used.

• Wet ends are corrosion resistant materials such as PPS, PEEK, ceramic, carbon. The MDT pump can handle various chemicals such as acid and alkaline solutions because no metal is used.
• With high pressures up to 0.35 MPa (50.8 PSI) , the MDT can be used for negative pressure of suction side because it makes suction pressure up to 8.00 kPa (80 mbar).
